iPad Lawyer News – Seminars and Apps – 02/17/2014

Good morning, iPad Lawyer Tribe, and Happy President’s Day!

I know you work hard. So, I trust you’re getting to enjoy a day off or at least taking it a little easier than normal.

Let’s talk about iPad training, first.

I’m very excited to announce that “The Blueprint for iPad Success™” Home Study Course is here.

It’s an audio training course (and more) that shares my exact tips, tricks, and secrets for putting the iPad to incredible use in your law practice. The cool part is that you get to learn at your own pace and in your own place.

When you’re ready to find out more, just go to:

Tomorrow (2/18), of course, is the BIG event at Apple’s flagship location in San Francisco. If you’re in the area, I would love to meet you face-to-face.

Make sure that you register for “Maximize Your Business with iOS: Scott Grossberg.” We kick off is at 6:00 pm and I promise I will rewire your world if you attend.

After San Francisco, it’s off to Palo Alto for Apple on February 19.

I’m back for a little bit and then off to Chicago (more on that later).

On the app front, there are few things to talk about today.

You’ve heard me talk about mind mapping before. While iThoughts HD is my go-to brainstorming and mind mapping app, there is an alternative for you – Ruminate. The publishers have developed a mindmapping app that will help you capture your writing and research. Normally, the app is $4.99. Today it is only $.99. You save $4.00.

Have you ever thought about using your iPad as a remote control for your desktop/laptop computer? Well now you can explore that option with Splashtop Touchpad. Normally, this app is $1.99. Today it is FREE. You save $1.99.

Finally, many of you ask me about email management tools for the iPad. Here’s one you’ll want to explore – MailTamer. Essentially, this app allows you to review, process, and manage emails as a group. You get five different ways to view your email and thus five different ways to group and handle what has been sent to you. Normally, this app is $2.99. Today it is FREE (there is an in-app purchase if you want to use this with multiple email accounts). You save $2.99.

And, of course, let me know if you have any questions. I’m committed to being an incredible resource for you.

Now go out and make it a million dollar President’s Day! – Scott
